Marc has been a Tour Production Manager responsible for all aspects of the technical and logistical planning and execution of a live touring production, from equipment rental and crew coordination to on-site setup and troubleshooting. Marc works  closely with various stakeholders, including artists, tour managers, venue staff, and equipment suppliers, to ensure a smooth and successful tour. 

In essence, as an Artist liaison Manager Marc is a vital part of the event planning and execution process, ensuring the artist has everything they need to deliver a successful and enjoyable performance. 

Serving as a bridge between event organizers and performing artists, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all involved. I handle communication, addresses and facilitates the needs and all aspects of the artist's performance, including logistical support and backstage management. 

Communication and Coordination:

Acting as the main point of contact for artists, managing all communication related to the event. 

Logistics and Backstage Management:

Proficient in handling artist advancement, rider management, catering, and ensuring the backstage area is well-organized and equipped. 

Problem-Solving:

Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event, ensuring the artist's performance is not disrupted. 

Relationship Building:

Foster positive relationships with artists and their teams, creating a supportive and collaborative environment. 

As Tour Stage Manager Marc will provide the backbone of a touring production, ensuring that all practical aspects run smoothly and efficiently, allowing the show to be presented successfully at each venue..

Marc will handle  all aspects from rehearsals to on-stage performances. He can manage logistics, maintain equipment, and liaise with venues and personnel, playing a crucial role in the overall success of a touring show. 

Logistics and Transportation:

Planning and managing the movement of equipment, crew, and cast between locations. 

Venue Management:

Liaising with venue staff, ensuring set-up and take-down procedures are followed, and addressing any logistical issues. 

Equipment Maintenance:

Overseeing the maintenance of props, set pieces, and technical equipment to ensure they are in good working order. 

Rehearsal Support:

Assisting  during rehearsals, including scheduling, note-taking, and providing support for technical rehearsals. 

Performance Management:

Taking charge of the show during performances, managing backstage operations, and ensuring cues are given accurately. 

Communication:

Acting as a central point of communication between the creative team, technical crew, and cast, ensuring everyone is informed and coordinated. 

Problem-Solving:

Addressing any issues that arise during the tour, whether logistical, technical, or related to the artist and cast.
